Family of companies that includes private client insurance expands in Florida.

Seeman Holtz Property and Casualty continues to add to the family of companies the includes private client insurance firm Seeman Holtz Private Client Group. Last week, the company announced the acquisition of Allstar Assurance.

Headquartered in Weston, Florida. Allstar has served South Florida for over 14 years—offering the best rates and coverage on commercial, personal and financial coverage. The company has forged long-term client relationships through effectiveness and extraordinary customer service.

Allstar is the second Florida agency Seeman Holtz Property and Casualty has acquired in the past few weeks, and will add strength on the firm’s home turf.

DBA Self Insurance; the Federal Employee Insurance business of Federal Employee Services, LLC, of Edmond, Oklahoma; and Elton Porter Insurance Agency of Houston; the book of business from Affiliated Insurance Managers, Inc., headquartered in Morgan City, Louisiana; and JEM Insurance Services, Inc. in Boca Raton, Fla.

Seeman and Holtz started Seeman Holtz in 1998 as a pre- and post-retirement planning firm. Since then, the Seeman Holtz family of companies has expanded to include coverage for home, life, auto, boat, private client insurance and business insurance.
